Warranty Policy

At OKNIFE, we craft products built for durability and real-world performance. Our warranty coverage varies by product category and applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.

1. Knife Series

Includes: U1 Series, AION Series, XEN Series, Duron Series
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Knife products are backed by a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, misuse, or abuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification
  • Improper maintenance or neglect

2. Tool Series

Includes: D1 Series, R1 Series, B1 Series
2-Year Limited Warranty
Tool products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of purchase.

Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Disassembly, modification, or improper maintenance

3. Electric / Powered Tools & Knives.

Includes: LK Series and all battery-powered products
2-Year Limited Warranty (Battery Included)
Battery-powered products, including the battery, are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects in the product and battery

Exclusions:

  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modification or disassembly
  • Improper maintenance or storage conditions

4. Accessories

Includes: All accessory products
Limited Warranty or No Warranty (Varies by Item)
Accessory products may be covered by a 1-year limited warranty, depending on the item type, or may have no warranty coverage.
